Springs, cables, rollers, hinges, track alignment, damaged sections and opener faults are all standard work. As always, a broken spring means the door should be left alone until a technician has been — it is unbalanced, much heavier than it feels, and the hardware involved is under tension.

River and lake property
Hardin County covers both Savannah itself and a good deal of river and lake property nearby, including the Pickwick shoreline. Buildings near water get more moisture through them, and that shows up as rust on rollers, hinges, track and cables — often on doors that are used only part of the year.
