Close to the line
The state line is a line on a map, not a limit on where a garage door breaks. Michie is geographically near our base and near the Tippah County roads we use constantly, so it is a practical trip for us in a way that somewhere much further into Tennessee is not.
Call with your address and what the door is doing, and we will confirm scheduling.
Rural properties and shop buildings
Like the Mississippi side of the line, this is an area of rural property: detached shops, equipment buildings, pole barns and homes set well back from the road. Those buildings often have wider or taller openings than a subdivision garage and doors that see heavier, dustier use.
The parts that wear first are rollers, hinges and cables. If a door has started running rough, pulling to one side or leaving a gap at one corner, it is worth looking at before something lets go.
Repairs, doors and openers
We handle springs and cables, rollers and track, damaged sections, full replacements and opener installation and troubleshooting. If a spring has broken, stop using the door and keep people clear. See repair, installation and openers.
Arranging a visit in Michie
Call (662) 223-0748 or email [email protected]. The details that help most are your town and road, whether the door is stuck open or closed, the approximate opening size if you are asking about a new door, and whether the property is residential or commercial. Photos taken without operating the door are often useful.
Our shop is at 5700 CR 301, Tiplersville, MS 38674, open Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 7:30 AM to noon. Call for current scheduling and parts availability; an exact price depends on the diagnosis.
